As we know pumpkin has lots of Nutritional values. But my children weren't interested in it. So to make them eat pumpkin the thought of this recipe came in my mind. Chicken pumpkin has been made by other chefs as well. But this one is in my style. Hope you all like it.

Ingredients

20 minutes
3-4 servings
  1. 1/2 kgchicken
  2. 1 bowlpumpkin puree
  3. 3onion paste
  4. 2 tspginger garlic paste
  5. 1 tspcoriander powder
  6. 1cinnamon stick
  7. 2 clovescardamom
  8. 1 tspred chilli Powder
  9. 1 tspgaram masala Powder
  10. 2 tspoil
  11. to tasteSalt

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    At first clean chicken properly

  2. 2

    Make 1 bowl pumpkin puree with the help of mixture.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a pan

  4. 4

    Add whole garam masala and onion paste and pumpkin paste

  5. 5

    Cook for a while

  6. 6

    Add all the ingredients except garam masala Powder

  7. 7

    Add chicken and cook for 5 to 10 minutes in low flame.

  8. 8

    Add salt and garam masala Powder

  9. 9

    Now add 1 cup of water cook for another 5 minutes

  10. 10

    Now it is done siwtch of the flame.

  11. 11

    Serve with steamed rice, roti, parantha, as you like.
