Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cupsfinally chopped roasted eggplant or brinjal
  • 1 tbsplemon juice
  • 2 tbspolive oil
  • 1/4 cupchopped onions
  • 1/2 cupcrumbled paneer
  • 1/4 cupchopped red bell pepper
  • 1 tspfresh green chilli
  • 1 tbspfresh basil leaves
  • 1 tbspcheese spread
  • 1 tbsptomato ketchup
  • 1/2 tspchilli flakes
  • to tasteSalt
  • Tart shells for Serving

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients well and spoon into tart or canapés

  2. 2

    Sprinkle grated cheese on top and serve

  3. 3

    We can also serve with toasted crusty bread
