Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 cupsfinally chopped roasted eggplant or brinjal
  2. 1 tbsplemon juice
  3. 2 tbspolive oil
  4. 1/4 cupchopped onions
  5. 1/2 cupcrumbled paneer
  6. 1/4 cupchopped red bell pepper
  7. 1 tspfresh green chilli
  8. 1 tbspfresh basil leaves
  9. 1 tbspcheese spread
  10. 1 tbsptomato ketchup
  11. 1/2 tspchilli flakes
  12. to tasteSalt
  13. Tart shells for Serving

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients well and spoon into tart or canapés

  2. 2

    Sprinkle grated cheese on top and serve

  3. 3

    We can also serve with toasted crusty bread
