Steps

Cut Paneer in cubes.

Cut Tomatoes, Capsicum & Onion in cubes. Deseed tomatoes and Capsicum.

Take a big bowl. Add hung curd. Add ginger garlic paste. Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and garam masala. Add 1 tsp oil. Mix properly. Keep in fridge for half an hour.

Now arrange everything in skewers.

Now take tava. Heat. Add butter. Fry Paneer Tikkas. Keep rotating till cooked.

Serve with green chutney 😊.
