First we make a thin paste of corn flour with water

Grate the Lauki and sequze the water

Then add all the ingredients in Lauki and Bajra ka atta lime juice

Make a small ball with mixture and deep in cornflour paste

Then rolled it in bread crumbs

Heat the oil and fry the cutlet in low flame

Serve it hot with chutney
