Ingredients

  • 1 c.crisco shortening
  • 1 c.butter
  • 1 1/2 c.brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 c.white sugar
  • 3eggs
  • 1 tbsp.vanilla
  • 5(1/4) c. hudson flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp.salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp.baking soda
  • 1lg. pkg. chocolate chips

Steps

  1. 1

    Cream together shortening, butter, white and brown sugar.

  2. 2

    Add the eggs and vanilla

  3. 3

    Mix flour, salt and baking soda together and stir into creamed mixture.

  4. 4

    Add chocolate chips

  5. 5

    Roll dough into balls and place on cookie sheet with parchment paper.

  6. 6

    Bake @ 375* for 9 - 10 minutes, when done let cool.
