Blanch carrot, beans and cauliflower

Heat oil in a kadai add asafoetida and cumin seeds saute till cumin crackles

Add onin ginger and green chillies

Saute till onion is light broown

Add red chilli powder andcturmeric fry then add coriander and cumin powder fry nicely now add tomatoes salt and sugar stir well

Cover and cook till tomatoes are mushy

Add capsicum, paneer and blanched veggies stir fry for 4-5 minutes cover and cook till veggies are tender, occasionally stir to avoid burning it

When done add garam masala powder and chopped coriander leaves
