  • 3 CupWheat flour
  • 1 tbspAmul Ghee
  • 1/4 CupMilk
  • For Whipped Mixture
  • 1 CupAmul Ghee
  • 2 CupPowdered Sugar (Buru Sahkar)
  • 2 tbspCardamom powder
  • HalvesTo Garnish.. Almonds

    Add 3 cups of Wheat flour in Bowl.

    Heat Ghee and milk. For 1min...in small Vessel..to make lukewarm Mixture.

    Add this lukewarm Ghee-Milk Mixture to Wheat flour.

    Mix well and rub the mixture. With both palms of hands...to be evenly blend to coarse Mixture.(as shown in fig.)

    Press this Prepared Wheat Mixture in Same bowl.Keep covered for Half hour.

    Now again break the mixture with both hands and rub it with both hands Palms.Seive this mixture as Shown..with Rawa Seive.

    Roast this Seive Wheat Mixture in Microwave Safe Bowl.. uncovered..for 2mins on quick mode.Take out the bowl..mix with spoon and break the lumps formed. Repeat this process 3 more times..that is..you have to roast the Wheat Mixture for 8mins.

    Let the ROASTED Wheat Mixture..cool for 5mins.Now Again Seive this Mixture with Rawa Seive..to get coarse Wheat flour needed for preparing Ladoos...and to remove lumps formed.

    Grind this lump Mixture in Mixer..to get Rawa like Mixture..again Seive.to remove lumps.Add the Rawa like Mixture from grinded lumps with Prepared Coarse Wheat Mixture for Ladoos.

    Cool this Prepared Wheat Mixture for making Ladoos.. completely..before adding to whipped Mixture of Ghee-Sugar.

    In flat bottom thali..add Ghee..and start whipping with palm of hand in clock wise direction..till light and fluffy.

    Add Powdered Sugar.. little by little..and mix well.

    Again start whipping this mixture..in Above Similar manner.

    Whip this Ghee-Sugar Mixture till heaps are formed..

    Add Prepared Wheat flour mixture for Ladoos in this whipped Ghee-Sugar mixture.Mux well to form Semi soft Dough.Add 2tbsp of Cardamom powder.Mix well.

    Take little portion from Prepared dough..roll in shape of round Ladoos.Similarly make Phiniyaa Ladoos with Remaining Mixture.Garnish with Halves Almond.
