Liver and chapati
Wet fry liver

Wash liver after dicing and drain the water completely.

On moderate heat place the sauce pan and add liver.

Stir liver until dry then add cooking oil, while stirring. Add onions and keep stirring till onions are brown.

Then add capsicum, tomatoes and cover for about 1 minute. Lastly add salt to taste.

Serve with chapati.
