Steps

Grate Paneer and keep aside. I have used Homemade Paneer. You can buy from market also.😊

Finely chop onions and tomatoes. Chop green chillies.

Take a wok. Add ghee and heat. Now add onions and saute on medium flame. Cook till onions are golden brown. Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder.

Add tomatoes and green chillies. Cook till masala leaves ghee. Add Kasoori methi and kitchen king masala. Mix.

Now add grated paneer and mix. Cook for 2 min. Add milk and cook for 2 min.

You can add malai at this stage to give creamy texture to it (I have not used here 😊). If you add malai dont cook more. Just mix it properly and cook for 1 min only.

Serve hot and garnish with coriander leaves ❤
