Peel onion and wash them underwater using a knife make a cross on the top side of onion.

Place the water in a saucepan over high heat and bring to boil.

In boil water add Chinaman stick,super,salt,black pepper (crush),and beet root pieace.boiling 3/4minu until water colour become red.

Stain the water with the held of stainer.cool it.

Put onions into a glass jar and mix vinegar into onion and add red water.

Shake the jar 2/3 time in a day.after 24 hours our sirke wale pyaaz is ready to eat.
