1 CupBoiled Green Maize
1 CupBoiled beans
1tomato Chopped
1Onion Chopped
Garlic
Curry powder/Royco (optional)
Pinchsalt
Oil for frying

Steps

Fry your onion till soft add crushed ginger fry till brown

Add your chopped tomatoes, till soften.

Add curry powder/royco and salt. Mix well.

Pour in your boiled maize and beans, mix well and let it simmer for 5 - 10 mins. If too dry add a little water.

Serve hot!
