In a pan add 2 ts ghee and add Besan flour and fry it properly. Keep this in a bowl.

In a thick pan add milk, allow milk to boil and then add the fried besan flour and mix it properly without any lumps.

Add Ellachi powder. After 5 minutes add the measured sugar. Mix it properly. Add ghee now and then.

After 10 minutes cooking, the sweet will come in the pan.

Pour it on the ghee coated plate and then cut into pieces by knife.

Thus the Besan flour sweet is ready to taste.
