Steps

Mix corn flour and 2 tbspmilk togther

Add the corn flour in the milk

Add the condensed milk

Add the cornflour and whisk well

Let the milk cook

After few mins the milk will thicken

Once it is complete thick, remove from heat

Let it cool.Add rose water

Pour in serving glasses and refrigrate

After an hour add the rose syrup in the middle and garnish with nuts and refrigrate

Serve cold
