Apple and blackberry crumble
Tis the season to be PICKING BLACKBERRIES!
I always look forward to blackberry season since blackberries are a wild, free, and abundant fruit that gets out of control along many a park edge or alleyway!
If lucky, you can easily stock up on the fruit and freeze them in batches, and use them for a variety of things: crumbles, pies, muffins, smoothies...
This is a simple crumble I made today. Yum!!

Layer over the blackberries.

Serve with custard or cream! 😋
