Steps

Take besan & add 2 tbs milk & 2 tbs ghee & mix together & press with palm.

Rest for 15 minutes.

Now filter the mixture with sieve. Now daanedar mixture is ready.

Take aadhi & heat ghee in it. Add danedar mixture in it & stirring at a low flame.

After 15 minutes Rosted mixture is ready mix mawa in it & Roste another 5 minutes.

Mix water, colour & sugar in a pan & make the thick chasni. (1 &1/2 taar)

Now mix the Rosted mixture in chasni & add cardamom powder.

Turn off the flame & test for 5 minutes.

Now pour the mixture in plate & cover with barak.put pistachio & almonds.

Our delicious chakki is ready for eat.
