Ingredients

  1. 1 kgchicken
  2. 250 gmsyogurt
  3. 2 inchginger paste
  4. 10 clovesgarlic paste
  5. 2 tspred chill powder
  6. 1 tsptermaric powder
  7. 3 tspcoriander powder
  8. 2big onions chopped & brown fried
  9. 2 tspblack pepper powder
  10. Salt as per taste
  11. 1 tspgaram masala
  12. leavesCoriander
  13. leavesMint
  14. 2 tspGrated coconut
  15. 3lime
  16. 4 tspoil
  17. 5-5almonds & cashews paste

Steps

  1. 1

    Squeeze lime upon the washed chicken. Mix all ingredients with chicken. Crush fried onions and mix everything well. Let it marinate for 4 hours in fridge.

    Empty into a heavy based utensil and cook at high flame for 5 minutes. Lower the flame and cook for another 15-20 minutes covered with a lid.

    Put off the gas and put a catori with a burning coal. Pour 1/2 tsp of ghee on the coal. Let it smoke and again cover the for another 5 minutes.

    Serve hot
