Ingredients

  • I whole chicken breat fillet,boiled and minced
  • garlic and chopped green leeks
  • shitake mushrooms chopped
  • sml.whole chili minced ,and /wasabi powder seasoning
  • kikoman soy sauce,few drops chili oil n sesame oil,sweet soy sauce
  • wanton wrappers(round)
  • egg/flour with little water(optional for more hold)
  • salt n pepper..always,always season to taste according to ur liking!;)

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients together in a bowl,and dallop a full teaspoon in each wrapper,and pinch together to hold form.Place on steaming rack, and steam for 15-20 minutes on med.heat.

    Serve hot with calamansi lime,and soy-chili dipping sauce.
