Ingredients

  • 1 cupmalai leftover
  • 1/2 cupsugar as per your taste
  • 1 teaspooncardamom powder
  • 1/2 cupMilk
  • as neededAlmond
  • as neededGhee for greasing

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Take ghee reduce in a kadhai

  2. 2

    Add milk and sugar mix it

  3. 3

    Then mixture is thick off the flame and add cardamom powder

  4. 4

    Grease the plate with ghee

  5. 5

    Spread mixture in a plate

  6. 6

    Garnish with almond

  7. 7

    Keep in fridge for sometime to set

  8. 8

    Cut into pieces and serve
