  • 1onion
  • 6 clovegarlic
  • 50 ozhominy
  • 2 1/2pork shoulder
  • 4 cupchicken broth

    Cube meat

  2. 2

    Add all ingredients except meat and hominy. Mix well

  3. 3

    Add meat and hominy. Cook on high for 5 hours or low for 7 hours
