Heat water in a steamer

Teke a bowl, add besan, ginger adrakh paste, salt, curd, garam masala, redchilli powder, water, jaggery, haldi powder, mix well and in to athick paste

Apply this paste all over the back side of an arbi leaf place another leaf over this with it's pointed end opposite the first one

Fold the sides slightly and tightly roll. Keep the rolls on aplate and keep it in the steamer

Take the rolls out and let them cool completely slice in to round

Heat oil in a pan add hing, musterseeds, sesame seeds, and add patra slice

Transfer on to a serving plate

Garnishing with coconut, Coriander, and pomegranate and serve hot
