Mash the chena well and add sugar,garam masala powder,ginger and flour

Now form balls and deep fry,keep aside

Now fry the Potatoes and keep aside

Add oil in the same pan and temper cumin seed bay leaf red chilli whole and whole garam masalas

Add ginger paste and cumin powder and saute

Add tomato and red chilli Powder and mix well

Now add water and boil

Add Potatoes and paneer balls and simmer adding sugar

Add ghee and garam masala powder and switch off

Serve with pullav or paratha
