Colourful thandai ice cream
Steps

First soak almond, poppy seeds, fennel seeds, melon seeds in warm water for 1 hour.

Now whip the cream till stiff peaks.

Now add fresh cream, sugar and whip again.

Peel off almond and grind all ingredients of Thandai.
Make a coarse paste of it - 5
Mix Thandai pastes with cream mixture.

Divide mixture in four parts and add food colors in it.

Pour into a container, sprinkle colored balls on top and set in deep freeze.
Scoop out and enjoy.
