Ingredients

1 kgbaking flour
1/4 packetbaking powder
4 tablespoonssugar
2eggs
1 pinchsalt
500 mlmilk
1/4 cuphot oil
warm/hot water (in case the dough needs some water)

Steps

Mix your flour with sugar salt and baking powder

Add eggs mix, add hot oil and mix, add milk in portions as you mix to in between hard and soft dough. The mixture should be sticky.

Allow it to settle for close to 30 minutes before deep frying into balls.
