My boyfriend and I have never tried flounder before, and he is my guinea pig! So I tried this recipe, experimented with the coconut. Came out great! Hope you enjoy it! This is my first recipe post😁 Happy cooking!

Preheat oven to 350℉, and start the rice. Lay fillets on a baking pan, with lightly greased aluminum foil.

Put oil on tops of fish, add seasonings but lemon and coconut last.

Bake fish for 15-20 minutes. While it's cooling make salad. Serve and enjoy😊
