Ingredients

  • 1 cupSaudara
  • 2potato boiled & cut into cubes
  • 1/2 cuproasted peanuts
  • 1/2 tspginger paste
  • 1 tspcumin
  • 1chili finely chopped
  • 2 tbspcoriander chopped
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1 tsplemon juice
  • Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    1st in a large bowl take sabi dana & soak with enough water for 3hours.

  2. 2

    Drain off the water & rest for 30 mins.

  3. 3

    Now take the soaked saudara in a large bowl.

  4. 4

    Also add potato & peanuts.

  5. 5

    Additionally add ginger paste,cumin, green chili, coriander & salt.

  6. 6

    Mix & mash well with your hand.

  7. 7

    Prepare Vada.

  8. 8

    Now take a kadai add oil, when oil is hot then add vada & fry well.

  9. 9

    Finally serve sabudana vada with curd.
