Ingredients

45 mins 160°c
  1. 150 gflour 1 Apple minus the core
  2. 100 gsugar
  3. 100Margarine
  4. 2eggs
  5. 2 tspbaking powder
  6. 1apple cut into rings
  7. 1 cupcherries cut into halves

Steps

45 mins 160°c
  1. 1

    Grease the pie dish with sugar and some margarine

  2. 2

    Arrange the apple slices and insert the cherries

  3. 3

    Pour the cake mixture into the pie dish and bake in a pre-heated oven for 45 mins

  4. 4

    Check the cake with a skewer to ensure its well done.

  5. 5
