First of all Knead a smooth dough for paratha as we normally Knead for roti

Now take a bowl and mix all the stuffing ingredients add salt and Sukha masala mix it well

Now make 6 balls from dough

Now roll 1 ball into small roti and stuff the filling again roll it as you like the shape square or round

Now put a non-stick tawa on gas heat it and put paratha put some oil still done golden brown

Do all the parathas same way

Serve with fresh homemade dahi or achar and salad
