Steps

Take nonstick kadhai

Put sugar and milk and leave it till sugar dissolve (do not switch on the gas)

Now add besan and mix well

Add melted puree ghee in this and mix properly

Now put this khadai on the gas at high flame and continuously stir
- 6
After few minutes mysore pak leave the ghee and turn it into little pink colour

Immediately trun the mysore pak in to greased plate
- 8
Little slant the plate and take out extra ghee from mysore pak
- 9
Let it cool and cut it in to pieces
