Steps

First scoop coconut from the coconut shell blend it then keep aside switch on the oven add pan add jagerry in the pan add water when jagerry melted add coconutmx well then add dry fruits mix well keep stirring when coconut gravy thickens add two teaspoons rose water mix well spread handful of water in the gravy to avoid burning

Now take another pan add water add ghee add salt when boiling add rice powder slowly mix well keep stirring when it thickens remove from the oven add to the bowl

Now rice will becomes cool mix well with ghee continuously up to ten minutes make small balls press it add coconut gravy in the middle of the rice roll nicely along with the gravy and take a spoon for shaping the modak

And put all modak in the strainer above the hot water bowl for five minutes.

After that place it in the plate delicious modak is ready
