1 cupPoppy seeds
1/2 cupalmonds
4Cardamoms
1 cupsugar
1 cupghee
1/2 cupmilk

Soak almond and poppy seeds for 4 hours.

Then grind it

Pour ghee in the pan and roast the paste.

When it change it's colour into golden brown then add 1/2 cup milk and sugar.

When sugar dissolve in it then we serve it.
