Toast and Grind your ehu seeds along with your crayfish
Chop your onion.Put your meat in a pot, add onion, thyme, 2 Seasoning cubes and some salt. Cover and leave to steam for about 10mins.

After 10mins, add your pepper, peppersoup spice mix, ehu and crayfish mixture, crushed uziza seeds and one litre of water. Cover and cook till the meat is done.

When the meat is done, add one Seasoning cube, taste and adjust salt level. Tear scent leaves and add them also. Simmer for a few minutes and turn off heat.
