Ingredients

  1. 4 piecesfish(cleaned) and fried
  2. 2tomatoes purreed
  3. 1big onion diced
  4. 1/2of each yellow, red and green capsicums diced
  5. 2 clovesgarlic crashed
  6. Oil for frying
  7. Halfteaspoon turmeric powder
  8. 1quarter teaspoon black pepper
  9. 1 pinchsalt
  10. 1 pinchsugar
  11. 1 bunchDhania for garnishing

Steps

  1. 1

    In a heavy bottomed pan, fry the onions until golden brown

  2. 2

    Add the tomatoe puree and cook for 3 minutes

  3. 3

    Now add the garlic and the diced capsicum and all the spices, salt and sugar

  4. 4

    Cook stirring for five minutes

  5. 5

    Switch of the heat and add the chopped dhania

  6. 6

    Now put your fish on the pan and apply this mixture on both sides of the fish and serve with Ugali and any greens of your choice

  7. 7

    Enjoy
