Ingredients

  1. 300 gminced beef
  2. 1large tomato
  3. 1 cankidney beans
  4. 1 sachetKnorr's Chilli con carne mix
  5. Quarter cup water

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Brown the mince in a pan.

  2. 2

    Blanch, peel and chop up your tomato.

  3. 3

    Add the tomato, drained kidney beans, water and half the sachet to the mince and mix well.

    Once it begins to boil, reduce the heat and allow to simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    Serve hot with rice
