Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1 CupBoiled lobia
  2. 1/3 cupPaneer cut in pieces
  3. 1 big spoonCucumber cut in pieces
  4. 2 tspOnion finely chopped
  5. 1/2 tspSalt
  6. 1/3 tspRed chilli powder
  7. 2 tspTomato finely chopped
  8. 1/2 tspBlack pepper powder
  9. Ingredients for red chutney
  10. 2 tspImli/ tamarind
  11. 1 & 1/2 cupWater
  12. 3 tspSugar
  13. 1/2 tspFennel seeds
  14. 1/2 tspGaram masala powder
  15. 1/3 tspSalt
  16. 1/3 tspRed chilli powder
  17. For coriander chutney ingredients.
  18. 1 cupCoriander finely chopped
  19. 1Onion roughly chopped
  20. 2 tspCurd
  21. 1/2 tspSalt
  22. 1/3 tspRed chilli powder
  23. 1/3 tspGaram masala powder
  24. 1/3 tspBlack pepper powder
  25. 1 tspPomegranate
  26. 1 tspPeanuts

Steps

    Method for coriander chutney

    Take a jar.

  3. 3

    Add coriander,onion and curd in it and blend it.

  4. 4

    Then add spices in it and again blend it and chutney is ready

  5. 5

    For red chutney.

    Soak imli in lukewarm water for 15 minutes then seprate pulp and water

  7. 7

    Then take a wok

  8. 8

    Add imli water and sugar in it.

  9. 9

    Cook it for 7 minutes on slow flame

  10. 10

    Then add fennel and all spices in it.

  11. 11

    Cook it for 2 minutes on slow flame.

    Red chutney is ready.

    Then take a bowl

  14. 14

    Add lobia, paneer, onion, tomato, cucumber and all spices in it and mix it well

  15. 15

    Then add peanuts and pomegranate in it and mix it well

  16. 16

    Then add 1 tsp red chutney and 1 tsp coriander chutney in it.

    Mix it well.

  18. 18

    And serve it.
