Veg Keema

Veg keema is a cheesy spicy curry served with roti, paratha or naan. Since the veggies are minced or grated, it took too less time to prepare this curry. It's really very nice way to include veggies in your diet. I have used sweet corn, cauliflower and capsicum to make this delicious curry. This is my own version of making this veg keema curry. But some other veggies like green peas, carrots, french beans and mushrooms can also be added and I am sure that it will taste great.

Veg keema is a cheesy spicy curry served with roti, paratha or naan. Since the veggies are minced or grated, it took too less time to prepare this curry. It's really very nice way to include veggies in your diet. I have used sweet corn, cauliflower and capsicum to make this delicious curry. This is my own version of making this veg keema curry. But some other veggies like green peas, carrots, french beans and mushrooms can also be added and I am sure that it will taste great.
So let's see how to make this easy restaurant style veg keema curry..
Steps

Heat oil and butter in a pan, add jeera. Saute for few seconds.

Add onion and saute till onion get translucent.

Add in green chillies and ginger garlic paste. Saute for a minute.

Now add red chilli powder, coriander jeera powder and haldi powder, saute for few seconds and add in the tomato puree. Mix well and cook till the masala starts leaving the oil.

Now add grated cauliflower, chopped capsicum and boiled corn. Give it a mix. Cover with a lid and cook for 2 minutes.

Further add grated paneer along with grated cheese. Mix it nicely.

Add in one cup water, salt to taste, garam masala powder and kasuri methi. Mix well and let it cook for 2-3 minutes.

Lastly garnish with some more grated cheese and chopped coriander leaves.

Serve hot with roti, paratha, naan or rice.
