Steps

First add half cup ghee and fry potatoes and take it out.....in that ghee add cumin green chillies and curry leaves.....add chopped tomatoes and cook till it softened......now add sago and groundnut powder and fried potatoes and add rock salt.....and mix well and garnish with chopped Coriander...

Note....you have to add more quantity of rock salt than compared to salt we daily use....
