Steps

Take flour in a bowl add salt,oil,kalonji, sugar,soda and mix well.

Add sufficient water to the flour to form a firm dough.Cover & keep aside 15mins

Make big size balls from above dough and roll out with rolling pin to a thick roti like structure.And cut vertically and horizontally to make a diamond shape.

Heat sufficient oil in a wok.Now put this rolled out nimkis in oil for frying.

Fry on medium to low heat and stir in between.

Take out once they are slightly brown.

Enjoy these Nimkis with Tea or Coffee.They stay good for a month.Store in airtight container.
