1: Cut the potatoes in slices and boil until they are soft.
2: Drain and put them back in the cooking pot. Add a 1 tbsp of butter, 75ml of milk and 100g of grated cheese. Mash it all up until thick and creamy.
3: Finely chop the chorizos and green pepper making tiny cubes.
4: Fry the chorizo and green pepper for 5 minutes on medium heat. Crush the chillies and add it whilst frying.
5: Prepare a bowl of flour.
6: Prepare a bowl of bread crumbs.

7: Prepare a bowl for the eggs which you have to beat.
8: Add what you have in the frying pan to the mashed potatoes and mix well.
9: Leave to cool down for 30 minutes.
10: For making the balls you can use latex gloves to prevent the mix from sticking to your hands too much.
11: With a tablespoon grab some mix and put it in the flour and roll with both hands to make a ball.
12: Place the ball in the egg so that it is all covered.

13: Place the ball in the bread crumbs so that it is fully covered with them.
14: Repeat 11-12-13 until you have used up all the mix.
15: Heat up a pan with plenty of oil and add 2 or 3 balls at a time, frying them on high heat until they are golden brown.
16: Serve hot or cold.
