Preheat oven to 170°c

Cream margarine and sugar until the mixture is pale and fluffy

Add one egg at a time as you continue to mix

Add vanilla essence and mix in

In a separate bowl, sieve the flour and baking powder and mix them well

Add the flour mix(in batches) to the wet ingredients mixture

Add 1 tbsp of milk after every flour mix addition

Pour the cake batter into the cup cake liners

Bake for 25-30 mins at 170°c

Once ready,set aside for them to cool on a rack

Serve with any drink of your choice. Enjoy!
