This recipe is my favorite snack. It has very little gluten and is a healthy snack. Goes well with afternoon tea especially on a chama day.

Wash the soaked rice and drain. Put the rice and other ingredients in a blender.

Blend the mixture till mixture is crushed into tiny pieces

Put mixture in a bowl and let it puff up to almost double its size
- 4
Once puffed up on medium heat put some ghee in a non stick pan. Using a ladle scoop the mixture into the pan and cover with a lid for a minute.

Take off the lid and add some ghee then flip the vibibi. Repeat with the remaining mixture.

Serve with tea for breakfast or afternoon tea.
