In a bowl add potatoes,green chilli, coriander leave mix it well.

Add sago flour, coconut,dry fruits,salt, mix it.

Then add coconut,curd,malai,cumin seeds mix well.

Add 1 Tsp ghee mix it all together. Make a dough.

Take skewers,take some dough fix it on the skewers.make all skewers like this.

Keep it in the fridge for 10 mimiutes.

Take out from the fridge.

Heat a pan put all skewers, sprinkle ghee on it.

Bake it all sides until Golden.

Remove it from the flame.

Arrange it on serving platter, sprinkle some lime juice & coriander leave.garnish it with sesame seeds.

Serve it hot - hot with green chutney.
