Ingredients

  • 1 cupsama
  • 1/4 cuppeanuts crushed
  • 1Potato
  • 1Tomato
  • 1 tspLemon juice
  • Chopped coriander
  • 2Green chillies
  • 1/2 tbspred chilli powder
  • Sendha salt (rock salt)
  • Haldi (turmeric)
  • 1 tspJeera
  • Oil
  • 2 cupWater

Steps

  1. 1

    Take cooker add oil

  2. 2

    Take jeera tadka then add peanuts and saute it

  3. 3

    Add potato and green chillies saute it

  4. 4

    Add sama and dry masala, tomato saute it

  5. 5

    Add water close the lid of pressure cooker and take 2 whistle

  6. 6

    Let the pressure goes and add lemon juice and green coriander

  7. 7

    Falhari sama kichdi is ready
