Mix all the ingredients wet and dry then add the meat give a good mix or using your figures like you do to dough.

Cover with a cling film and put aside or in fridge for 30-1hr.

From the fridge mix again and make even small balls like of samosa.

Heat 2Tbsp of oil in a pan then place several balls,let cook for 1min turn it to cook all sides to brown.repeat the process to all the balls. For it to be cooked from inside, press the ball using your figure, should ba bouncy or fluffy not breaking or you can cut one ball to check from inside, should be brown not red.
