Mix all the dry ingredients together

Add butter and mix till its well done

Make a hole in the bowl and add milk..knead until you get a smooth dough

Roll it like that of chapati...use a circular object to cut your circles... Use a fork to make the holes.

Apply some butter on a tray(the same one we use to cover sufurias)then place your ready dough...

On a ready jiko place a big sufuria and put 3 small stones in.place your tray with dough on it.then cover with another lid.place some burning charcoal on the lid.cook for 13 mins.
