Ingredients

45-60min
4-5 serving
  • For the chicken you need the following ingredients:
  • 2bay leaf
  • to tasteSalt and pepper
  • 4-8chicken pieces
  • 1/2 cupflour, seasoned with salt and black pepper
  • 2beaten eggs with 30ml of water
  • 250 mldry breadcrumbs
  • 1 tspSesame seeds
  • 1 tspOil for frying
  • For the veggie mash
  • 3potatoes peeled
  • 1small butternut
  • 3sweet potatoes
  • 1smal
  • 3sweet potatoes
  • 1crushed garlic
  • as neededRosemary
  • Pinchnutmeg
  • 3sweet potatoes
  • 1 teaspoonsugar
  • as neededOlive oil or butter
  • to tasteSalt and pepper

Steps

45-60min
  1. 1

    Boil your chicken for 30min add your bay leave, salt and pepper. Add flour, eggs and bread crumbs in separate bowls. Add sesame seeds into breadcrumbs.

  2. 2

    Remove the chicken from the stove and dip each piece into flour and shake of excess, dip in egg and then in sesame-breadcrumbs, cover chicken and refrigerate for 15-20 min.

  3. 3

    Dip into egg and crumbs a second time and deep fry your chicken until golden brown and drain well with paper towel.

  4. 4

    For the mash peel and cut your veggies and simmer till veggies are soft mash and add the rest of the ingredients. Serve with green salad or avocado salsa salad.
