Ingredients

  • 2 cupsboiled beans
  • 1/4 teaspoonsalt
  • 1tablesppon cooking oil
  • 2tomatoes
  • 1carrot
  • 1onion
  • Garlic

    Cut the onions in rings, cook with oil and garlic, add tomatoes and carrots cook for fee minutes then add the beans and a little water and let it cook for 15minutes
