Ingredients

  1. 1 cupsemolina
  2. 2 cupsmilk
  3. 2green cardamom
  4. 3/4 cupsugar
  5. 1 pinchsalt
  6. 1 tbspghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Dry roast the semolina

  2. 2

    Add ghee and roast it again

  3. 3

    Now add milk and sugar

  4. 4

    Boil till semolina is cooked well

  5. 5

    Add crushed cardamoms and mix

  6. 6

    Serve it with puri
