Steps

In a large vessel add butter and saute garlic. Also saute all purpose flour.

Slowly add milk continue to whisk till a thick paste is formed.

Add crushed pepper, chilli flakes and salt. Mix all and get the sauce to a boil. Keep aside.

In a large pan heat butter, saute onion and veggies.

Then add prepared white sauce and saute well. Also add little water. Add boiled pasta. Then season with salt and pepper.

Give a good mix. Add herbs, chilli flakes and cheese. Serve and enjoy.
