Preheat oven to 220 degrees. Grease bundt pan and 9-inch baking pans with butter and set aside.

In a bowl, stir together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt, in another bowl add break egg and add sugar and whisk, add vanilla and veg oil stir then add the yogurt

Add the flour mixture and alternate with buttermilk and mix everything together; add grated carrot and mix everything together

Pour batter evenly between the two pans and bake on middle rack of oven for about 45 minutes, until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean,

Allow to cool 5 minutes in pans before placing in a plate and serve
