Cool pearl barley in water for 30 minutes (put grain in the water right away)

Wait til boil and then lower the heat

When chewy enough, transfer to bowl

Saute the onion, add to farro

Pour olive oil into saute pan, wait til oil is hot, add lamb chops and garlic

Chop herbs, add to chops, flip after 3 minutes

Take chops off, add 1/4 cup water to pan, 2 lemons of lemon juice

Add herbs, tomatoes, cucumbers and italian dressing to farro
- 9
Pour lemon juice mix on chops

Add lemon zest of 1 lemon to chops

Put chops ontop of farro
